CEO & Founder
KATERCO, LLC was founded in 2007 in Clemson, SC and since then, has helped several international mid-sized business from different segments such as industry, food, e-commerce, and sport merchandising to grew and establish their US based operations.
Prior to the founding of KATERCO, LLC, Kater spent several years with the advertising agency SCHOLZ & FRIENDS HOLDING in Berlin, Germany in the position of project manager. In the context of this activity, Kater Heine won the German PR Prize.
During his employment with the DEUTSCHE BANK, Kater initially completed a trainee program in various areas of the bank in Hamburg and in Frankfurt and subsequently included the function of Brand Manager for the umbrella brand, DEUTSCHE BANK.
Kater holds a Bachelor of Arts from the GEORGIA AUGUSTA in Gottingen and completed his studies of modern history and political theory in Oxford, UK with a Master of Arts. He is also an external examiner at the EUROPEAN BUSINESS SCHOOL for the segment retail marketing in Berlin.
Nathan's global mindset is a direct result of growing up in four countries across three continents and continuing his international work and travel to this day. His passion for understanding cultures and connecting people is a direct result of this, and gives him a unique approach to marketing.
Immediately after acquiring an Intl' Business degree from Bob Jones University, Nathan moved to China and became the first foreigner to work for a Chinese underground mining equipment company. He then opened the Panamerican markets for this company while managing a multinational team and coordinating efforts across North America, South America, Asia, and Australia.
Currently, Nathan is the Founding Partner of FOUNDATIONS, a marketing agency; a Managing Member of GULLIVER'S PANTRY, a meal kit start up company; the Vice Chair at state level of a major political party; and works on several Advisory Boards in his local community.
